What type of stamp are you leaving on people?

As leaders, it is incredibly important to be intentional about the emotions we are driving in our team members.

But this isn't just important for leaders. It is important for any relationship.

Every interaction we have with another person is leaving a positive or negative stamp on them. This stamp drives positive or negative emotions, and these emotions release positive or negative chemicals in the brain.

This is called the Emotional Stamp.
 

The Emotional Stamp creates the lens we are seen through by other people.
