How It Works
Step 1: Define the Challenge
The process begins with gaining clarity on the organization’s challenges. I work closely with the partner to define the issues they are experiencing, whether they involve culture, performance, leadership, or other critical areas.
Step 2: Investigative Discovery Interviews
At the core of the process are confidential, in-depth interviews with employees. These
interviews, lasting 1-2 hours each, create a safe environment for employees to share their experiences and perspectives. My ability to build rapport quickly, combined with strategic questioning and behavioral interviewing techniques, ensures that I get to the truth efficiently and effectively.
Step 3: Surveys and Data Collection
For larger teams, I supplement interviews with engagement and psychological safety surveys to gather broader insights. When necessary, I collaborate with the partner to identify a representative pool of employees for interviews and surveys.
Step 4: Analysis and Reporting
Once the data collection is complete, I analyze the findings to identify common themes and root causes. The results are compiled into a comprehensive report that outlines the challenges, highlights recurring themes, and provides a recommended pathway forward.
Step 5: Implementing Solutions
Clients can choose to implement the recommendations on their own or partner with me to address the challenges directly. In most cases, organizations opt to continue working with me to resolve the issues through experiential training and coaching tailored to their teams’ needs.
