In this episode, L. Scott Ferguson shares his incredible journey of challenge and adversity to champion. Fergie's father was killed during the Vietnam War and he was displaced from his family. Fergie's journey left him feeling abandoned until being adopted from an orphanage by his loving parents. His mission in life is to make sure everyone feels like they have someone. 

During our conversation, Fergie shared some incredible leadership and mindset lessons he has learned from his journey.  Fergie served in the US Navy, has become a very successful real estate broker, is the host of the Time to Shine Today podcast, and his a highly sought after executive coach.
